How and where are your products produced?
Every single piece that I sell is made by hand in my Toronto shop by myself.
What type of leather do you use?
The leather that I use comes from some of the most renowned tanneries in North America. My two biggest suppliers are Horween Leather out of Chicago and Wickett & Craig out of Pennsylvania (originally Toronto!)
How long will it take for my item to be made?
My standard processing time is up to 4 weeks, usually less. If I’m not too busy, I could have your item done much sooner. Around the holidays my processing time will increase, but I’ll make sure to let you know on the product pages.
Can you do rush orders?
If you need an item and you’re on a tight deadline, let me know and I’ll see if I can accommodate.
How are your items shipped?
I ship all of my items via Canada Post.
I’d like you to make something that isn’t on your site. Can you do that?
A large part of what I do is custom work. Feel free to message me and I’ll let you know if I’m able to create what you’re looking for.
Do you accept returns?
Because everything piece I create is customized, I do not accept returns unless otherwise discussed. If there is a defect in the item that I made, I’m always more than happy to repair or replace it.
